Proposition 8 – wtf?
Earlier this year, the California Supreme Court legalized same-sex marriage and said it was unconstitutional to deny anyone the right to marry.
This pissed many people off, and hence was drafted: Proposition 8. If passed, the proposition would change the California Constitution to eliminate the right of same-sex couples to marry in California, and new section would be added stating “only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California.”
Sergey Brin, co-founder of Google, issued the following statement concerning California’s anti-gay marriage Proposition 8:
As an Internet company, Google is an active participant in policy debates surrounding information access, technology and energy. Because our company has a great diversity of people and opinions — Democrats and Republicans, conservatives and liberals, all religions and no religion, straight and gay — we do not generally take a position on issues outside of our field, especially not social issues. So when Proposition 8 appeared on the California ballot, it was an unlikely question for Google to take an official company position on.
However, while there are many objections to this proposition — further government encroachment on personal lives, ambiguously written text — it is the chilling and discriminatory effect of the proposition on many of our employees that brings Google to publicly oppose Proposition 8. While we respect the strongly-held beliefs that people have on both sides of this argument, we see this fundamentally as an issue of equality. We hope that California voters will vote no on Proposition 8 — we should not eliminate anyone’s fundamental rights, whatever their sexuality, to marry the person they love.

I Knew a Guy That…
I was 14, he was 16. We grew up together, and since puberty he had been trying to get me in bed. I was at his house one day after school when he got a “brilliant idea” look on his face and bolted into the kitchen. I followed behind, and saw him grab a carton of eggs out of the fridge.

Penis Size – The Dilly-o on the Willy-o
One of my first lovers was a 6’3 Chinese native who visiting the US looking for a graduate college. I remember how nervous he was before getting undressed in front of me the first time, and admitted his anxiety concerned his penis size.
