My girlfriend remarked recently that gay porn was hot because they often show a struggle for dominance.

Umm..excuse me but if you are gay why in Gods name would you wanna see the opposite sex? that makes no sense. That is the whole reason why a woman is gay, she doesn’t like penis or men at all. I think a lot of females are fucked in the head. Like why would a gay girl get with a girl that looks like a man? makes no sense, just get with a man then DUH!. I read another discussion where they argued that most lesbian and straight porn is boring because it’s so fake. That is not always true, I think, but I feel I can not identify with the women in it, most of the time, at least.
I wrote some lesbian porn myself, and later realized it was more about romance than sex. This is probably the reason, because sex is really not the most important thing in my relationships. I loved Marion Zimmer Bradleys stories when I was a teenager, for example, and they are a lot more about relationships than sex.
With gay porn, porn without plot doesn’t bother me. Probably because I can believe men really are that way, I wouldn’t know, right? And I don’t really care if it is a prejudice. I don’t care much about flat chests and dicks, but I can appreciate the sexual tension. That struggle for dominance thing may play a role, too, because in gay porn, both partners are really equal, but not passive, and that’s something I can identify with.
